The city of Obour is a new Egyptian city from the fourth generation cities in Egypt, located in Qaliubiya Governorate, and is administratively affiliated with the New Urban Communities Authority, established by Presidential Republic Resolution No. 249 of 2016, and an area of about 58914 acres, limits the new city of Obour to the west, the city of Obour and to the south Al -Shorouk City. It is characterized by being located on regional and major roads, which are the Cairo -Ismailia Desert Road, the Ring Road (Regional), and the Cairo Belbeis Road.
