Brevan development announced the launch of its latest Lake house project with a total investment of EGP 1.5 billion, strategically located in Obour City.
The launch of this project comes as part of the company's ambitious plan to launch 3 projects in Obour City during 2025.
Engineer Ibrahim Abdel Azim, a member of the Board of Directors of Brivan Real Estate Development Company, said that Obour City is one of the leading cities that are characterized by the integration of services and the presence of real demand from customers against the lack of supply of distinguished and integrated projects, so this new project comes to meet the strong demand from customers in the city.
He explained that Lake house is an integrated residential compound located in the most prestigious locations in Obour City, located next to the Carrefour branch, and overlooking two main axes, the project is located on the June 30 axis in Obour City, which is the axis separating the eighth district in the new cities of Obour and Obour City, and the project is located next to the Obour City Authority, Obour General Hospital and City Club, as the project is located near the axes, roads, and main services.
The project is 20 minutes from the Fifth Settlement, 30 minutes from Heliopolis, and 27 minutes from the New Administrative Capital, making it the center of the pivotal areas
He added that the project is located on an area of 9.5 acres, and includes 19 residential buildings, and units with various areas ranging from 47 to 335 meters, and the project includes landscapes and 24-hour security and guarding services, and it is planned to start implementing the project in September 2025, pointing out that Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kahla was contracted to assume the role of an engineering consultant for the project, and he is one of the strong cadres in its specialization.
He pointed out that the project includes artificial lakes, 2 swimming pools and a large commercial mall located on a 6,000-meter square, overlooking two main axes, the June 30 axis and the seventy axis, and it is located on the façade of the project to serve the project's customers and customers from outside it, as the company aims to implement an integrated project that will be a distinctive mark and a strong architectural footprint in Obour City, adding that it is planned to start handing over the project in December 2027.
He pointed out that this project is one of three projects that the company plans to launch during 2025, which includes a residential project and 2 commercial malls, as the company aims to achieve a leading real estate footprint in Obour City, especially with the strong demand for projects in all investment activities, whether residential or service.
